Interesting enough, the display seems to be coming together better and faster than I had hoped.

Once the three upper levels were ready for accessories, we picked up speed. I'm feeling

better about completion date that is coming up in about 3 weeks.

The Country Church in the wildwoods is having choir practice. The Pastor stands ready to welcome the arriving family. Just below are

the advertisements for familiar companies.

Another view showing a one horse open sleigh coming in from the country. Notice a Model T is headed out of town behind the sleigh.

This view shows the location of the railroad in relation to the church. We will place real rocks along this ledge to give depth to this area.

This view shows the Monestery. Brother James is ready to cross the bridge to meet with Sister Debbie and Mother Mary.

Another view showing the difference in the levels. Rocks give substance and depth to many areas on the display.

Our next step will be to add cotton batting or fill to the edge of the boards. We have already laid down the snow (baking soda) and set

accessories such as the Nuns and Brother. Also included in this area along the river are two black bears and cubs.

In this picture you can see two of the bears and the Nuns.

Moving on towards the main part of town we run across Holly Brothers Service Station. This is still a full service location where you

can have your windshields washed and they will even pump your gas! (by the way....gas is only 33 cents per gallon here). Various

accessories will line this street. The Pepsi sign has been added to the side of the police station.

Another view. Remember that rocks will be added to the lower section which will greatly enhance the look in this area.

This view looks to the South. One thing that we realized once the pictures were taken is that the City forgot to install the parking meters.

They will be working on that project tomorrow.

A little tilted but shows the Paramount Theater where White Christmas is now playing. It's a Wonderful Life is coming soon. In honor of our Annie,

there are always several Dalmatian's on the display.

Another view of the police station and donut shop. It's a little hard to see, but the police officer is eating a donut.

Additional accessories that one can pick up here and there always add to the enjoyment and fun of a display.

Take for example the police cycle. I found it several years ago in a car wash while my vehicle was being cleaned.

Another view of the downtown area.
