Heather Ridge Railroad Museum is a division of NWA Agency Support a non-profit organization. HRRR offers spring,summer and fall tours to senior centers, schools and other organizations.

The equipment and displays are on permanent loan to the museum.

The railroad is a perpetual project and always being updated. In addition to the railroad there is a Koi Pond on site with a variety of water plants.

The railroad mainly runs diesel type trains with freight and passenger cars. Much of the equipment used on the railroad is no longer in production.

One steam type locomotive runs for special events.

Located just south of Fayetteville in Greenland, Arkansas there is easy access from Interstate 49 south or north. The railroad is handicap accessible.

There are no restrooms available at present however there is a truck stop and McDonalds nearby.

Limited seating is available for watching trains. Cameras and video equipment are welcome.

Ample parking is provided at the church adjacent to the museum and long the road.

Days and Hours of operation are by scheduling appointments and are only available on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

There is no cost to visit the railroad however cash donations will be appreciated but not required. A donation box is avaiable on the grounds.

This is also a chance for you to help with HUNGER RELIEF.

Visitors may participate in donating non-perishable food items and/or personal hygiene items when you visit.

Donated food & other items will be distributed to area food panties at no charge to them.

We are a non-profit organization as defined by the IRS 501 (c)(3)
